The Homewood Downtown Indy property has a Diamond Member, Mr.Cripe, who has brought his daughters on a holiday adventure to downtown Indy for the last 15 years. This has become a tradition for him and his daughters, and the property team wanted to make this year extra memorable.
Linda and Erin of the Homewood team personalized elves with the girls' names on them, and then hid candy canes around their room for the girls to find. The Cripe family was so touched by the extra effort that they sent a letter and Christmas card to the Homewood team. We are always proud of our property teams, especially when they go above and beyond to make memorable experiences for our guests.
