Jeffrey J. Good graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelors Degree in Restaurant Hotel Management in 1986. After working in the real estate division for a national restaurateur, he worked for several hotel development companies for the next eight years, working his way to the position of Vice President of Operations and Development.

In 1995, Good formed Good Hospitality Services, Inc., eager to provide the kinds of quality construction and management services he had been looking for as a professional in Operations and Development. Under his leadership, Good Hospitality Services, Inc. has built 60 limited services hotels for such quality names as Hilton Hotels (Hampton Inns and Homewood Suites), Intercontinental Hotels (Holiday Inns), Choice Hotels (Comfort Inn, Quality Inn & Suites, Sleep Inns), Cendant Corporation (Super 8), and Marriott.

Not only has Good Hospitality Services, Inc. been able to excel at meeting the exacting standards of many different brands, but Good has distinguished his company as an award winner in construction and development. In 2001, Good was named Developer of the Year by Hampton Inns, after capping off a year in which the company built four Hampton Inns in twelve months -- all to spectacular results. The Developer of the Year Award was based on Good's outstanding professionalism, as well as the company's exceptional record for exceeding construction deadlines and delivering superior price value on its Hampton properties.

In 2003, Good was named to the Hampton Inn Owners Advisory Council, a ten-member council that recommends franchise initiatives for the entire 1,600+ property Hampton Inn chain. In 2004, Good was also named to the Homewood Suites Owners Advisory Council, a similar council serving the 275+ Homewood Suites chain. Good is the only owner to have been chosen for more than one of these leadership councils.
