Employee Spotlight: Brianna Moss
Brianna is our Houseman and has worked with the Hampton Inn & Suites Kalamazoo Michigan property for 6 months. As a housewoman, Brianna is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the property and assisting the front desk. She takes so much pride in the work that she does, that her work is impeccable and she could not be a greater asset. Excellent job, Brianna! Employee Spotlight: Jeff Johnston
Jeff is our maintenance engineer and has worked with the Hampton Inn Port Huron property for six years. Jeff does so much more for this property than just maintenance. He assists when the hotel has large events and makes sure rooms are kept in order, and assisting team members (even those located at other properties) – all the while making sure we take every cost saving initiative that we can. Construction on the Hampton Inn Crown Point property is well underway
The GHS team is thrilled with the development progress of the new Hampton Inn Crown Point property thus far. The new Hampton Inn Crown Point will have 95 rooms, free Wi-Fi, complimentary hot breakfast, a fitness center, and an in-ground pool, making the hotel a perfect escape for work or play. GHS is delighted to be developing another hotel in the region and is looking forward to it serving the community and its visitors.
Homewood Property Team Adds Memorable Experience to a Family Holiday Tradition
The Homewood Downtown Indy property has a Diamond Member, Mr.Cripe, who has brought his daughters on a holiday adventure to downtown Indy for the last 15 years. This has become a tradition for him and his daughters, and the property team wanted to make this year extra memorable. Linda and Erin of the Homewood team personalized elves with the girls’ names on them, and then hid candy canes around their room for the girls to find. HRC Hotels LLC and Good Hospitality Services, Inc. announce the opening of a 118 room Home2Suites by Hilton in Fort Myers, FL. Developed and managed by Good Hospitality Services (GHS), this newly constructed, all-suites hotel has all the Home2 amenities with an enlarged pool and pool deck. Homewood Suites Downtown Indy team makes holiday cards for Independence Village of Avon residents
GHS is proud to have property teams who are always looking to give back to their communities and spread love during the holidays. The pandemic has prevented many families from visiting their loved ones at nursing homes or assisted living facilities, and the residents at Independence Village of Avon are no exception. This year has been hard for many and the Homewood Suites Indianapolis Downtown team wanted to be sure that the residents at Independence Village of Avon felt some holiday joy, even if they couldn’t be with their families this holiday season. The Home2 Suites Downtown Indianapolis team makes donation to the Wheeler Mission in downtown Indy
The Home2 Suites Downtown Indianapolis team was missing opportunities to serve their local community, so they delivered waffle/pancake mix and syrup to the Wheeler Mission in downtown Indy to help stock their pantry for feeding the homeless. It was not one of the hands-on outreach activities that our team is used to being able to take part in but the opportunity to donate materials was an unexpected joy for the team! Employee Spotlight: Russell Rood
Russell is a chief engineer and has worked with the Homewood Suites Indy Northwest property for almost two years. Russell takes great pride in his position and always works hard to ensure that our guests are satisfied with their stay and the property. Recently, a guest staying at his location had an issue with his guest room door. Russell took care of the issue immediately, all the while enjoying good conversation with this guest. Little did Russell know, his guest was the President of the FFA, Kolsen McCoy. Russell demonstrated such service and humanity for people that Kolsen gave a
