With daily communication, regular phone conversations, and our reporting technology, we are able to give immediate and personal guidance for any situation that may arise. With our Brand Experts we are able to provide brand guidance to properties via a trusted and well versed fellow team member, while providing career support and facilitating knowledge and GHS culture.

Along with mentoring, the ability to teach is also accomplished within our organization via orientations, monthly webinars, quarterly lunch and learns, brand expert calls, and annual GM meeting we are able to make sure that there are plenty of teachable moments for our team members to learn and grow in knowledge.
