Coungratuations to our Our Hampton Inn – Portage, Indiana! They are one of the receipitens of the Hampton Movers & Shakers Award! The brand award recognizes hotels that show the greatest improvement in SALT scores. The Hampton Inn Portage improved by 25% for the first six months of 2014.

This semiannual award goes to the top 25 Hampton Hotels that show the greatest improvement in SALT scores for the following categories: Awareness of the 100% Guarantee, Overall Service, Problem Resolution and Problem Avoidance.
