HRC Hotels, LLC and Good Hospitality Services, Inc. are proud to announce that construction will commence this fall on a 102 room Home2 Suites by Hilton hotel in downtown Indianapolis, IN. The hotel will be located in the Consolidated building located on the corner of Pennsylvania Ave and Wabash St.
HRC and GHS currently own and operate 4 other hotels in the Indianapolis area. One of which is The Homewood Suites by Hilton on Meridian St. that won a Historic Preservation Adaptive Use Award from the Historic Landmarks Foundation of Indiana. The project has been widely accepted and was recently recognized as one of the Top 10 Best Hotels in the US for under $200 by Businessinsider.com.
The Home2 Suites by Hilton concept is a very fast growing mid-tier select service hotel brand. It positions itself under the Homewood Suites by Hilton and should serve as a complimentary all-suite extended stay hotel in the heart of downtown. We are currently working with developer TWG to plan the project along with Browning Day Mullen and Dierdorf architects, to expedite project plans for immediate construction. Jeffrey J Good, President of HRC and GHS stated in the release, We are very bullish on Indianapolis and have been for some time. We went into the warehouse district with the Homewood Suites well in advance of the Georgia St. improvements and knew the momentum would carry through. Another adaptive re-use of a popular brand in the capital of our state can only strengthen our portfolio.
