David works maintenance and has worked with the Hampton Inn Traverse City property for over six years.
He not only brought a great deal of knowledge with him upon hire but also goes the extra mile in troubleshooting and finding solutions before calling in an outside vendor.
David takes guest satisfaction very seriously, which is why he always asks guests how their stay is, if they need directions, or if they would like recommendations. He has also stepped up during our renovation to assist in any way he can, with guests or the property.
