Russell is a chief engineer and has worked with the Homewood Suites Indy Northwest property for almost two years.
Russell takes great pride in his position and always works hard to ensure that our guests are satisfied with their stay and the property. Recently, a guest staying at his location had an issue with his guest room door. Russell took care of the issue immediately, all the while enjoying good conversation with this guest. Little did Russell know, his guest was the President of the FFA, Kolsen McCoy. Russell demonstrated such service and humanity for people that Kolsen gave a great deal of his speech at the FFA 2020 Conference to recognizing Russell and the impression he had left on him - further saying that we all need to be a “Russell.” Kolsen described Russell as the most genuine and honest person you will ever meet.
To say that GHS is honored to have such a dedicated member on our Homewood Suites Indy Northwest property team would be an understatement. Russell deserves recognition for his dedication to service and our guests, and we want to thank Kolsen for recognizing him in this special way.
