Good Hospitality Services (GHS), in collaboration with Beacon Hill Partners, is thrilled to announce the upcoming development of a new Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott, adjacent to their existing Hampton Inn property in Crown Point, Indiana. Marriott International has officially approved the project, marking a significant expansion of GHS’s presence in Northwest Indiana.

The upcoming Fairfield Inn & Suites in Crown Point is designed to cater to both business and leisure travelers by offering a harmonious blend of comfort and functionality. Guests will enjoy modern rooms and suites thoughtfully designed for relaxation and productivity, featuring ergonomic workspaces and complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi. Flexible meeting space will be available for business meetings and social gatherings, providing a convenient venue for various events. The hotel will also feature a swimming pool for families to enjoy while relaxing.

In addition to the hotel, an approximately 8,000-square-foot retail building is planned adjacent to the property. This separate development will further enhance the area’s shopping and dining options, contributing to the vibrancy of the local community.
