Celebrating the spirit of Halloween, our hotels have embraced the festive season with creatively decorated pumpkins and doors! We love moments when our hotels participate in holiday fun alongside our valued guests.

Our Homewood Suites hotel in Indy wrote 72 heartfelt Thank-you cards for the brave veterans boarding the October 2023 Indy Honor Flight. These heroes, from WWII, Korea, and Vietnam, are embarking on a journey to visit the memorials in Washington, D.C., built in tribute to their sacrifices.

As we close International Housekeeping Week, we want to spotlight our incredible housekeeping teams. Their meticulous efforts and unwavering dedication form the backbone of our hospitality experience. We recognize the immense hard work they put in every day to make our properties shine. Congratulations to our Marriott in Munster, Indiana, on achieving a Green Zone in the 2023 Wave 1 Global Accountability Program. They achieved this status with scores 61 percent or higher for Select & Premium hotels and 65 percent or higher for luxury hotels in guest voice Intent to Recommend (ITR) as well as 80 percent or higher for Select & Premium hotels and 82 percent or higher for Luxury hotels on the Brand Standard Audit (BSA).
