Employee Spotlight: Lorena Herrera

Lorena is a General Manager at our Home2 Suites in Ft. Myers, Florida. She is a strong leader and is among the top Home2 Suites GM leaders. Lorena’s career started in Ecuador as the first officially trained female police officer. She then emigrated to the United States, where she learned English while cleaning warehouses in NYC. Lorena then joined the hospitality industry as a housekeeper and worked her way up to a GM. Thank you so much for all you do Lorena! We appreciate you.

Home2 Suites Naples Property Wins Free to be You Award

Recently, our Home2 Suites Naples property won the Free to be You Award for the 4th Quarter 2023! This award goes to 1% of hotels in each region that achieve the highest SALT (service and loyalty tracking) scores in the Home2 key areas. This is a huge accomplishment and we are SO proud of our Home2 Naples team!

Employee Spotlight: Courtney Creamer

Courtney has been a part of the GHS team for four years at our Hampton Inn by Hilton Warsaw property. She has been impactful in many areas of our hotel given that she has learned the breakfast position, front desk, laundry, as well as her full time position in housekeeping. Courtney always has the guests and hotel at the forefront of every decision she makes and continuously wows everyone with her presentation of each room. Thank you so much for all you do Courtney! Officials celebrate grand opening of Good Hospitality’s $12M Crown Point Hampton Inn

CROWN POINT — Officials cut the ribbon on the city’s first modern hotel during a Thursday grand opening ceremony. Jeff Good, president of Good Hospitality Services and managing partner of the hotel’s ownership group, said driving by the site 20 years ago, “you never thought,” a hotel would be there. “It’s fun to be a part of something like this.
