He is a huge asset by going to different properties to help out in their engineering departments and is always willing to go above and beyond his call of duty. Bill has been a part of the GHS team at our Hampton Inn and Suites in Petoskey, Michigan, for a little over a year. Rosarah has been a part of the GHS team at our Hampton Inn in Kalamazoo since March 2022. She does fantastic at cleaning rooms to Hilton and Good Hospitality standards and ensures guests have all the items they need in their rooms.
