  • Home2 Suites Fort Myers Receives Conrad Achievement Award

    Our Home 2 Suites Fort Myers team celebrated their Conrad Achievement Award yesterday!

    We are very proud of them and their accomplishments with this prestigious award. The Conrad Achievement Award is awarded to the top 1% of the Total Quality Scorecard (TQS) metrics of the brand and they ranked 4th out of 461 hotels in 2021.

  • Good Hospitality Services Home2 Suites properties recognized with respected Hilton Hotel awards

    GHS is pleased to announce their Home2 Suites by Hilton Fort Myers and Home2 Suites by Hilton Naples properties have received special recognition and awards for excellence.

    In Q2 of 2021, Good Hospitality Service’s Home2 Suites by Hilton Fort Myers property was recognized as a top performer by winning the Free to be You Award. As outlined by the award, this property embodies the light and warmth of hospitality and is setting the service standard for Home2 hotels with the highest combined score in its region for guest experience. This property’s most significant accomplishment was recently having the honor of receiving the Conrad Achievement Award for 2021. Properties win this award by being the top 1% in TQS Metrics of the Home2 brand for 12 months.

    In Q4 of 2021, GHS’s Home2 Suites by Hilton Naples was awarded as a Brand Strong Winner. The property received the highest SALT score from the combined metrics around: overall service, problem resolution, guests feeling welcomed, and cleanliness of rooms. Additionally, this property has recently had the honor of being ranked seventh out of 461 hotels and has been recognized as a Hilton Award of Excellence Winner for 2021. This award recognizes the top 5% of hotels in each brand and their ability to balance exceptional product and overall guest experience while representing the Home2 customer promise to deliver the most reliable, friendly service.

    This award goes to 1% of hotels in each region that achieve the highest SALT (service and loyalty tracking) scores in the Home2 key areas.

  • Officials celebrate grand opening of Good Hospitality's $12M Crown Point Hampton Inn

    CROWN POINT — Officials cut the ribbon on the city's first modern hotel during a Thursday grand opening ceremony.

    Jeff Good, president of Good Hospitality Services and managing partner of the hotel's ownership group, said driving by the site 20 years ago, "you never thought," a hotel would be there. 

    "It's fun to be a part of something like this. We're very excited," Good said.
