Marriott in Munster, Indiana achieved a Green Zone in the 2023 Wave 1 Global Accountability Program

Congratulations to our Marriott in Munster, Indiana, on achieving a Green Zone in the 2023 Wave 1 Global Accountability Program. They achieved this status with scores 61 percent or higher for Select & Premium hotels and 65 percent or higher for luxury hotels in guest voice Intent to Recommend (ITR) as well as 80 percent or higher for Select & Premium hotels and 82 percent or higher for Luxury hotels on the Brand Standard Audit (BSA).

Home2 Suites Fort Myers Receives Conrad Achievement Award

Our Home 2 Suites Fort Myers team celebrated their Conrad Achievement Award yesterday! We are very proud of them and their accomplishments with this prestigious award. The Conrad Achievement Award is awarded to the top 1% of the Total Quality Scorecard (TQS) metrics of the brand and they ranked 4th out of 461 hotels in 2021. Congratulations Fort Myers team!

This award goes to 1% of hotels in each region that achieve the highest SALT (service and loyalty tracking) scores in the Home2 key areas.
