    Jeff Webb and the team at the Fort Meyers Hampton Inn and Suites were presented with the Wall of Fame Award for the First Quarter of 2018! This award recognizes the top 15% of hotels in the lighthouse brand. Congratulations and thank you for all of your hard work!

  • Home2 Suites Indianapolis Downtown Receives 2016 New Build/Adaptive Reuse Award by Hilton Hotels

    Our very own Home2 Suites by Hilton Indianapolis Downtown received the Hilton 2016 New Build/Adaptive Reuse Award!!  This 102-room boutique hotel is located at the corner of Pennsylvania Ave and East Wabash St inside the Penn Street Tower building situated in the heart of downtown.  The building was originally built in 1910, and we completed the rennovation to open Home2 Suites in 2016.

  • Homewood Suites Downtown Indianapolis is Setting the Bar!

    The Homewood Suites in Downtown Indianapolis was recognized by the Hilton brand last month. The recieved the Star Performance award for having the highest meeting room revenue using the e-Events tool for 2016 for all Homewood Suites!!! Great job to all of the Homewood staff and lets look at having an even better 2017!!! GOOD job team. Keep it up.

    Congratulations to Paul Zielinski and his amazing team at the Hampton Inn in Portage! They have received the 2015 R.O.S.E. Award for Hotel of the Year as voted on by the Indiana Dunes Tourism board. The R.O.S.E.(Recognition of Service Excellence) Award is presented to businesses, volunteers, and outstanding citizens that make Porter County a better place to live in and visit. The level of committment to service excellence is what we strive for the most at all of our hotels, and the great team at the Hampton Inn in Portage have shown that committment.   • Hampton Inn Warsaw Wins Booking.com Award of Excellence

    Congratulations to Kathy Hisey and her incredible staff at the Warsaw Hampton Inn! They have won the Booking.com Excellence award for the 2014 calendar year. In order to receive this award, a hotel must have a rating of 8 or higher on a scale of 1 to 10 for an entire calendar year, and Warsaw Hampton Inn had an amazing score of 8.5!

  • Hampton Inn & Suites Kalamazoo, MI Front Desk Employee Wins the Spirit of Hampton Award

    Congratulations to Hampton Inn & Suites- Kalamazoo, MI Employee Matt on winning the Hampton Spirit Award. He is the first GHS Spirit Winner of 2015.

    Matthew is a natural leader. He keeps energy flowing through the hotel, and loves connecting with guests and teammates. Matthew looks for ways to help and procedures and processes to master. He is a pro at launching new initiatives, and finding ways to make them better. He helped re-imagine the checkout process by coming up with a list of questions to elicit useful feedback. Problem resolution scores rose from 33% to 80%! When HHonors members were unsatisfied with a new welcome letter, Matthew replaced them with effective, personalized business cards. Guests love them, and Welcoming scores leapt into the high 70s. Matthew, thank you for Unleashing your Hamptonality!

    Matt consistently exceeds expectations, and positively impacts both the hotel and our guests. Keep up the GREAT job. We are proud to have you as a part of our team!

  • Hampton Inn Clearwater employee Liz Perry wins Spirit of Hampton Award

    Liz Perry of our Hampton Inn Clearwater was awarded the Spirit of Hampton award this July. This is a very prestigious award and we could not be more proud! Winners are those who are consistently exceeding expectations, and positively impacting the guests, hotel, and or the community. The award is the brand's highest form of individual recognition.

    Liz is known for having exceptional rapport with the guests as well as warmly welcoming all her team members every morning with a huge smile that sets the mood for all to pass that same impression on to others throughout the day.
