The Home2 Suites Downtown Indianapolis team was missing opportunities to serve their local community, so they delivered waffle/pancake mix and syrup to the Wheeler Mission in downtown Indy to help stock their pantry for feeding the homeless. It was not one of the hands-on outreach activities that our team is used to being able to take part in but the opportunity to donate materials was an unexpected joy for the team!
The donations should be enough for two days of breakfast for 200-225 people, and the donations were very appreciated by Wheeler Mission. We are always so proud of our property teams and their desire to serve. Together we can make a positive difference in our local communities.
